Ive been playing for probably two years now. I think its fun and I enjoy the characters, story, and quests. The only real complaint I have is the lack of confirmation when spending gems because accidentally spending them is frustrating. The new change of the out of energy screen taking over the entire screen is a bad move and makes accidental gem spending even easier. I have never spent actual money on this game but have been able to finish nearly all of the timed quests to completion. This is possible through careful playing and preparing ahead of time (stock piling). Most of the complaints I read on the reviews are from people who do not read the instructions and are impatient but dont want to spend money. Be prepared to be patient or spend money.

While this is a great game, & Ive been faithfully playing for prob 3+ years, Storm8 could care less about their customers. Countless times the game has wrongfully used my gems, & Ive learned its a waste of time to even bother w/ customer support. One agent even insulted my special needs son. The entire game is set up for you to "accidentally" use gems unnecessarily. On a phone screen its easy to tap items next to each other, & there is no confirm, your gems are depleted on the spot to speed something up. Ive had it wrongfully "skip" a task when trying to touch "go" to complete it, using 100+ gems, & the support team has no intention of supporting you & your game play, they will tell you its legit, sorry about your luck, our system says everything is good, have a nice day. I dont recommend any Storm8 games, & will prob be dropping this one soon. Best of luck!

While I do enjoy the game, there are entirely TOO MANY pop ups.

I usually quit these games within a month, but this one is fun to play. I wish there wasnt an energy restriction though.

Too expensive to get very far. So frustrating that you have to spend hundreds even thousands of dollars.

I have been playing for over 6 years. Storm8 has been around for a long time. You can transfer to other devices. I can chat with other players, and I like the challenges in the game. Best of all I can design it the way I want. Great app!

This game is fun but has too many glitches. I will complete a mission or parts of a mission and it will glitch and erase my progress cant keep playing a game that makes you do double the work .Glitchy and taking my energy when it does glitch/ lag.

Update: gave the game another try and yet again, lost gems by accidentally clicking something. Archive:Addicting, makes you think about how objects are made, and you have to prioritize what you spend your items on. Would rate this game a 5, however it is too easy to accidentally use jewels and when you save for a special item it is frustrating. I played literally 3 hours a day and stopped after losing 20 jewels in 5 seconds.

I love this app. I play multiple times daily. My 3 complaints: Latest version needs a bug fix, when spending gems there needs to be a confirmation as it is too easy to accidentally spend a gem, and the items in the store cost an extremely high amount of gems. I love this game & will keep playing if the bug is fixed

Need more sale items especially with energy. Need more descriptive terms on things purchased with gems. Its ridiculous you spend 600 gems on an item that refills energy once every 7 days

Love, love, love this game!

Been playing since it started. Loved the occasional quests, the graphics, and story lines. Then it became more about the gems, which seems to be TeamLavas biggest quest. Guess we werent spending them fast enough. Now the quests are too frequent and the rewards often disappointing

This game is fun. Theres room for improvement. Regarding the energy....if you paid money to get energy....and, if you happen to go up a level, or, you gained energy in an adventure project....you should be able to continue to accumulate energy....it should not tell you, youve reached your max. Plus, it shouldnt take such lengthy time to do projects...e.g.....1 day, 4 hours, 6 hours...thats ridiculous.

Good for short distractions or long hours, game gives you options. Nice game
