I love this game. Have been playing daily and built a beatiful kingdom. But very disappointed about the update - lost hundreds of hard earned and paid gems which is really upsetting. I hope They will reverse this setting to user friendly status. I want to choose what I soend gems on. It shouldnt be determined by an accident! Then I might buy gems again. Until then, less play less pay.

Beautifully made and highly addictive.

I have enjoyed this game and I rate it a four. Some things happen to fast and you cant finish some of the projects. I hope something can be done about it.

Ive loved this game until the most recent update. Theyve added a "feature" that pops up a gem purchase for running out of energy and even if you done click the "Buy" button, the gems get spent. Ive lost 200 gems in 2 weeks because of this change. Im done spending any funds on this game!

Lately it is hard to send any gifts to people sometimes you hard to choose several times before it will send one

This game was fun and cute at first, but I soon became unable to progress because I didnt have enough gems for anything. It is kind of a pay-to-win thing, you have to buy gems to get certain things, and I dont like that. You have been warned, prospective down loaders. Its fun at first, but you will soon either have to buy or call it quits.

This game has been on my iPad for years,its really a nice looking game. I have wonderful neighbors, and its buildings and decor are designed nicely. Lately Im not impressed with the events, they take a lot of time and resources for a lousy item that does not give resources back.... Some inventory things need to be fixed, the rewards need to be looked at. And the gem traps even though they dont get me often, they are there. Other then that this game is beautiful, fun to play, updated often. And the staff does care. Worth it.

Castle story is awesome and I think other people should try it because its really fun and you get to create your own world

Love this game, but I dont like it when you have a goal and you have to use gems, or buy gems to complete the goal, run out of energy, or the game starts crashing just before the event ends and you dont get to finish the goal.

I have played this game for 4 yrs and would have recommended up until now. The developers have come up with a grimy way of stealing your gems. So if you purchase gems to use them on things you want, you never get the chance because they steal them, thus stealing your money. Thieves. Do not get this game.

Love this game, but if you want to make much progress, you need to invest in gems. Cant be gotten with gold. Only way to increase gold or energy is to buy gems. So you have to use your own cash. Not sure how long I can keep this up. Also not enough explanation about what you get if you invest in some items only available with tons of gems. Bought a Cabbage Shed for a gigantic number of gems just to find I could only get one cabbage for a specific use per day. Totally useful for what I needed. Just good money down the drain. Wont fall for that again.

Ive been playing this game for years and am amazed that they still think of new content and special events. There are at least 300 different items to amass, dozens of tiny critters, and lots of buildings. To solve the lack of confirmation problem others have mentioned, I have developed a very quick tap--dont drag your finger, ever.

This game is awesome! Addictive!!! Yes, they have in-app purchases and buying things makes the game easier. However, if you are patient, there is no need to purchase anything to play the core game. You will miss out on some bonus items which arent necessary for game play. I find this acceptable. Again, awesome game! Addendum: Storm 8 has increased the need to purchase gems within the game. Some of the most fun challenges require items that can only be purchased with gems. Be very careful as you play...accidental gem purchases are becoming too easy!

I came to vent my frustration with this latest upgrade and I see that everyone has the same frustration I have. I have lost so many gems over the last few days because it pops in while you are working. I would suggest if you a requesting to use gems there is an additional confirmation. Not only am inadvertently using gems I now have less access. We used to be able to watch videos to gain them but there are only a few gems and corn, wheat, sugar and other things I can make quickly. Please return to the old way of purchasing extra life and watching videos for gems. We need more tasks with good prizes and something to earn back all the gems we have spent by mistake.

But like everyone is saying, not enough energy. Should be easier to request neighbors. And everything costing gems. Should be with money or easier ways to collect gems. And on expanding land should be easier. But I love playing.

I do not understand the reasoning behind only allowing us to send or receive three gifts. I get more gifts and lose them when I reach the limit. I realize you want people to buy gems but limiting the gifts is not the way to do it. Im playing for now but that gift limit feels like a deal breaker to me. There should also be a confirmation before spending gems like the other games I play.

Great game. Addictive for sure. Wish there was a way to get unlimited lives. Id pay for that.
