Horrible customer care

While this is a great game, & Ive been faithfully playing for prob 3+ years, Storm8 could care less about their customers. Countless times the game has wrongfully used my gems, & Ive learned its a waste of time to even bother w/ customer support. One agent even insulted my special needs son. The entire game is set up for you to "accidentally" use gems unnecessarily. On a phone screen its easy to tap items next to each other, & there is no confirm, your gems are depleted on the spot to speed something up. Ive had it wrongfully "skip" a task when trying to touch "go" to complete it, using 100+ gems, & the support team has no intention of supporting you & your game play, they will tell you its legit, sorry about your luck, our system says everything is good, have a nice day.
I dont recommend any Storm8 games, & will prob be dropping this one soon. Best of luck!
