TOO MANY GLITCHES and no appropriate response from game support
When items disappear or wrong item exchanged, team lava does not care, there are numerous complaints against this company with the BBB in the USA.
One doesnt get enough energy points to do anything after rising to certain level, items disappear and team lava doesnt care nor does it answer emails requesting what happens, just get generic email back and nothing gets done or looked into. E.g. Went to Royal exchange, handed over 30 trade permits for one expansion permit, but got logs, jewels and lost all thirty permits, so, I know I didnt hit the wrong item. Notified Storm8 have not heard back from them this time.
